Hi, I’m Danielle! I have been in the hair industry for about 18 years and I absolutely love what I do. Natural styles and colors are my jam, and I love to help enhance my clients’ natural beauty. I strive to make my clients feel comfortable and at home, while making them feel beautiful on the outside as well. If you aren’t sure what services to book, please send me a message and I’ll be able to guide you in the right direction. If you would like a silent appointment, please send me a message ahead of time so I can accommodate that need to the best of my abilities. Also, please feel free to bring your laptop if you need to work during your appointment, I understand we all have busy lives and this doesn’t bother me at all. When I’m not taking care of my amazing clients or expanding my hairstyling skills, I’m spending time at home with my husband, our kids and our 3 dogs, or training for my next race. Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice Policy:
To ensure optimal service and availability for all clients, kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing me to efficiently manage my schedule and accommodate every client.
No-Show Policy:
I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. However, not showing up for a scheduled appointment impacts my business and other clients. Therefore, if there is no prior notice given and you do not show up for your appointment, I will charge the full amount of the scheduled services to your account. I recommend that you contact me in advance if your plans change so we can reschedule accordingly and avoid unnecessary charges.
Deposit Policy:
When booking an appointment at the salon, a deposit will be required to secure your slot. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment time or in the case of a no-show. The deposit will be deducted from the total service cost upon completion of your appointment. This policy is in place to ensure that I can continue offering the best possible service and availability to all my clients.
Refund Policy:
My goal is for each client to love their results. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your service(s), my refund policies are laid out as such:
1. Services received cannot be refunded. I will gladly adjust any service you receive within three (3) days of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please return to the salon, so your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, I will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction at no additional charge to you.
2. Refunds for products purchased will only be considered if presented within seven (7) days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. If a product is opened or used, it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged. For all product refunds, a receipt is necessary.
Privacy Policy:
Information collected from our booking page or website is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment. Only employees with traceable logins have access to your appointment, contact, or payment history. Your information is never sold or shared and is always kept private for your protection. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with the information we need to best serve you.
